At PrepareForGreece, we want you to be fully satisfied with your travel gear and essentials. If your order isn't quite right for your upcoming trip, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose between a refund or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original condition to qualify for processing.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.
